UPDATE: School, Work, Life!

Hey Ya’ll,

 @Bigjonmedia (c). 2015
I’m just coming back at ya with another update. I personally like doing these things. I guess you could say these would be my monthly updates on life and what have you.

I’m currently doing summer school, and working on my Thesis. I have also enrolled in a Health Psychology seminar but that isn’t going to begin until july or so. This is perfect for me because at least for now I’ll be able to solely concentrate on my thesis until then! I’m personally a little sad that I’m still studying and all I see are posts about my friends graduating and achieving their degree at the end of their 4th year :(
 but I’m trying to think past that! I’m beginning to understand that not everyone can accomplish a given goal the same way another person would- what I’m trying to say is that, it’s okay to take time to finish a degree or to finish school and I should let myself down just because I’m taking a bit more time.

I’m also trying to save up to enroll in a TEFL course from UofT. I’ve been wanting to go to Korea for a reaaaalllyy long time, and hopefully if all goes well, I can travel there for a few years after I graduate! :D

Aside from school, my boyfriend and I recently went to Montreal just for a couple of days- for me, it was more of a way to get away from people. I am very independent and I like being alone (don't judgeeee! XDD)  I feel like I get suffocated fairly easily when I am around too much people or I just get easily irritated when people tell me what to do (constantly). So this was just a quick get away for me to relax and to have breather before the chaos begins again.

We had so much fun! we explored the nearby area's ate lotsa food, unfortunately we didn't go to the Old Montreal Area, I think we got too caught up on the food part but food is the window to the soul right??

on a little side note here!
The place that we stayed at in Montreal was an Airbnb Studio Penthouse, and the owner who was there was so kind! This was our first experience with Airbnb (not to mention our first time travelling together!) and despite some small bumps on the road our, Airbnb host made it as smooth sailin' as possible. Our Host, Patrick, has a space that is in the heart of the art district (or at least I think it is!) just walk a couple of steps and your right in front of an art gallery and a museum, not to mention a couple blocks away from McGill University- so the neighbourhood is very young and "chill" !

This was kind of the general are that we explored, Google. (c) 2016.
I think that's it for now- I'm going to be late for work!

Cheers~
